Those are called planche pushups. A planche is a gymnastics move, and is very hard to do. You can try it with your legs bent, like the guy next to him, and that would be hard for you. The next level are straddled legs, and then the planche u see there. That is incredable strength... He probably was a former gymnast since he has great balance, strength, and flexability

omh that was quite possibly the coolest damn thing I've ever seen. Not the guy with a car on his head cuz he's fat but damn look at that break dancer's arms. That **** was amazing, I've seen some pretty good break dancers but nothing really compares that...simply amazing.

look, no dought he is strong and has some crazy mind/muscle connection going on there but,......that car is some lame european car that is the size of a tire here in the US....plus, like stated allready, its prob hollowed out and doesnt weight AS much as you mite think....

I imagine he had something heavy on his head weather by accident, while building something or something similiarly mundane & thinks this was heavy let's see what else I can do & eventually worked his way up.
