After 30 days off of ECY

MAN!! Yesterday was my first day going back on my ECY stack after 30 days. I started with my normal dosage at 7:30 am..the next @ 12:00pm and the final dosage @ 4:00pm.. I had NOOOOOO Idea that it was gonna affect me like it did. When I say I didnt sleep at all last night..I DIDNT SLEEP AT ALL! it was insane and now i'm at work lettin yall know how I feel bout that!! What the hell did I do wrong? Should I have gradually eases upon the shizznit again in a lower dose or what? I need to know for the next time i cycle that **** LOL.. anways..this morning, I started my first dose @ 6:00am and gonna do the next @ 10:00am, and the FINAL one @ 2:30. Hopefully that'll work..I'm tellin you man it was stupidly intense and I still feel like I WANT MY DAMN SLEEP..

It's been done before. Congrats, you are no longer a repetitive stimulant virgin

Always start EC at one serving and work your way from there. Remember to stay well hydrated.

just got my ec stack yesterday and im going to start it today...what would u recommend as a starting dosage!?! 1 ephedrine and 1 caffine every 4 hours??

yeah be careful bro, every time i use ec i transition slowly...only 1 cap for the first 3-4 days then 2 caps.....i never go to 3

I took half the E (12.5mg) for the first dose and the full C (200mg). For me it was a no brainer and I hit the full 25mg of E ever since. Then again, I seem to have a good tolerance for this stuff, I've now added 1g of L-Tyrosine

so let me get this straight cuz i dont wanna screw anything up and im alil paranoid...so start with one ephedrine and one caffine pill 3 times a day 4 hours apart per serving!? then increase to two pills per serving for the ephedrine and caffine!?

sorry for the re-question but i just wanna be clear!

What are the dosings/servings of the ECY stack?
If you are new to this, you will need to start at a basic level. Ideally, each serving will be:

* Ephedrine HCL: 25mg
* Caffeine: 200mg
* Yohimbine HCL: 5mg

The best (i.e. ideal) time to take it will be 30 minutes prior to a meal (preferably low carb) and/or 30 minutes prior to exercise. It should also be noted that yohimbine really isn't necessary to make this stack AMAZING. Ephedrine HCL and caffeine will do well. Many people will alternate ephedrine HCL and caffeine with yohimbine HCL with caffeine, as there is published material stating that the combination of ephedrine and yohimbine isn't wise. You can read up on it here

You should wait a few days before your increase your servings (assessing tolerance to the ingredients). In most cases, people will take 2-3 servings a day, with a few taking 4 servings a day and some whackos taking more then that . Each serving should be taken roughly 4 hours or more apart, and again, 30 minutes prior to a meal (preferably low carb) and/or exercise.

haha ok thats all i'm doin is drinking a ish load of water..I dont know if you guys ever seen that volkswagon commercial when he's test driving a jetta or sumthin and he screams/yells out loud just out of the blue..(if not..its pretty damn funny) well, thats how I feel now!

I know a guy (bodybuilder, obviously) who uses 150mg of E HCl (+ caffeine)/day when cutting. It's absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I don't really recommend any sane person follow this approach...

No, I wouldn't do 2 of each....start out @ half the dose E/12.5mg C 100mg.

I would probably freak if I took 2 of each!!

actually i did read the post and it really doesnt say anything about increasing ur dosages, just not to exceed 100mg of ephedrine....after a week of taking 25mg of ephedrine and 200 mg of caffine 3 times a day can u up the dosages or no? the thread says nothing about the caffine

well, it's a STACK ECA or ECY...so you take them together not seperately

how many mg do your caffeine have...if it's 100mg take 2. if its 200mg take 1.

I'm not sure if I understand ur question/statement..

I think it all depends on your tolerance, go ahead and take more C if you think you can handle it (I think, someone should probably confirm this...), but it has been suggested on this board NOT to exceed 100mg of E per day.

see if taken this ecy stack before but i couldve sworn i was poppin like two vasopro ephdrine a dosage but i could be wrong thats why i was just asking if u can increase ur dosages....like 50mg of ephdrine and 400 mg of caffine per serving 3 times a day!?

WHOA NELLY...I take one E..1 caffeine (200mg) 2 Y, and one multi vitamin and thats ENUFF if you take more than that u'll be stuttering just like ur name alll day..haha dduubb dduubb

MORE IS NOT BETTER when it comes to stimulants. This is rule #1.

And you wouldn't want to increase the dosage. You would ADD a seperate additional ECY dose VERY cautiously (and it's not even necessary).

I wouldnt do it! but hey ddubbs, you're ur own man. If you do end up doing that..make sure its atleast a few hours after..I know the feeling you gotz to get ya drink on!! my drink is 151& pineapple juice...its tiiiiiiiiiiight..u aint ready for that grown up drink tho..ha

alright already...I'm a new man now. My body is finally willing and able to take the full dose of this stack and i'm cool now..next time i'll know to crawl before walking when returning to an ECY cycle. I hope some of ya learned from this as well.
