    Creatine and water weight

I just started to drink creatine today and i have weigh ins for my fight in 5 days.
If i drink creating 4x a day for 5 days how much water weight will i have on the day of the weigh in? because Im 4kg away from the weight i need to be.

It's kinda hard to say honestly. It takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks for your body to completely saturate itself. In your time frame I'd say anywhere from 0-3 lbs.
    1RM's
    Squat - 370
    Bench - 245
    OHP - 145
    Deadlift - 370

I think it could help a little but I couldn't say how much for sure. Good luck though!

You need to be consistent and take daily for a week or two to see scale results. Some people carry more water weight than others while taking creatine. Just depends on the person
