bicep curl:3 set 15 reps
leg extension:4 sets 20 reps
solo bicep curl: 3 sets 15 reps
millitary press: 3 sets 15 reps
flys:3 sets 15 reps
On the weekends i usually jog bike or jumprope.
Anything that I should add or take off?

If you must do full body workouts, I would only do them once-twice a week. Maybe workout on Sunday and Friday or Monday and Saturday. I could never understand how one could go through a full body workout with maximum intensity. For a full body workout... I would do...
30 reps of pullups- no matter how many sets it takes
5 sets of squats.
5 sets of bench press.
3 supersets of deadlifts and straight leg deadlifts.
3 supersets of seated and standing calve raises.
