posing for figure competition

Does anyone know where I can buy a good dvd or video on posing specifically for figure competition...either online or store...thanks!

no- but you can search for articles on this site to help you with posing. posing varies depending on what organization you are competing in.....

i have a video but it sucks. the best thing u can do is go watch figure competitions live. also, take a look at the photos of pro figure girls.

I'd personally go with the Tanji Johnson video....she doesn't have as much experience as adela, but she's known for her stage presence, awesome posing, and for putting on a great show.
