I got a program working right now but Ive been reading a lot about 20 rep squats being used as cardio. Something I would never have thought off. Im fine with doing reg cardio but Im a bit interested in this. What are your guys thoughts about using the 20 rep squat workout during a cut?
workout would be 2-3 times a week depending on recovery. Its a killer so I dont know.
squat 1x20
light pullover 1x10
bench 2x8
row 2x8
military press 2x8
db curl 2x8
if I were to go say mon/thurs I would do 30 mins on the bike or elliptical on off days.
My bodyfat at the moment is @ 24% and Im attempting to get down to 10% with a short term goal of 218 @ 20% by september 30 and 206 and 15% by october 30.
