wider stance
I agree, a wide stance (I find) gives a real feeling of power, strength and stability. If you're not improving then its time to change you're system. Coming from an olympic lifting background, I was always told never to go over 3 reps. When I was younger I found that I couldnt get past 120KG for my sets of 3's so I simply changed to 4's and 5's and was fixed in no time!
