thanx for the post Hoss! i have been looking for an article on German Volume Training, but have been unable to find a good one. i am going to save it. i may cycle it out with 5x5, as i have been wanting to try that for a while.

    Cycle 1: 5x5 - 6-8 weeks
    rest 1-2 weeks
    Cycle 2: GVT - 6-8 weeks
    .....and so forth

    Awesome!!!

I cant wait to start my 5x5 plan post-season. its about to drive me nuts. anyway, i will be doing a log for my 5x5 plan in the Logs section when i start, along with diet and supps taken. after 6-8 weeks i will evaluate where i am @, and possibly try the GVT. that style always did interest me, as i a fanatic for intense workout styles like that.
