    How to fix uneven traps?

    My left trapezius is huge but my right is practically non-existant. I have no idea why this is. I've been doing shrugs with differently weighted DB's but it hasn't really helped. Any tips?

    I'm not sure why your traps would have became unbalanced, but using a barbell would definitely make it less likely.

    Use a dumbbell on the under-developed trap. Don't bother working out the developed one until you get them evened out.
