School Starting... diet?

Schools starting up now And eating meals isn't going to be as easy. I'm trying to cut still and trying to work out a diet to fit in with school. I was trying keto, but I have been on vacation every other week this summer almost which made it impossible. So I'm going back to 40/40/20 till i get to where I need to be. Here is an example of my Diet hoping I could get some critique maybe some Ideas of foods to eat/take with me.

6:30 (Breakfast):
3 eggs
2 whole wheat toast w/peanut butter
Multi-Vitamin

10ish meal (in between classes)
Turkey Sandwich
2 whole wheat toasts
I'm going to shoot for about 300 calories worth of turkey
a little bit of ketchup

12:00 (lunch)
Sandwich
2 whole wheat toasts
Turkey/tuna
some ketchup on it

3:00 (Pre workout)
on 100%whey w/ Water
Oats

4:30 -5:00 ish *Post workout Shake w/ water*

5:30- 6:00
Chicken breast, Steak, Ground beef, Ground turkey, etc...(one of those) with a Salad(lettuce, onions, tomatoe, simple **** with a no calorie dressing)

9:00: Casein Shake with some olive oil (Use Milk or Water???)

Gallon or two of Water a Day

Just wanted some critique Any suggestions of things to add or Takeaway? To many Carbs? Not enough protein? Not enough Fats? If you want my stats they're in my Profile 6'1 230 right as of Today.

1. carbs right before bed

edit: just saw you said whey and not the casein. Like I said it's just to cut back on calories. I am trying to cut and lost alot of excess fat ATM.

Yeah i start school tommorrow and im trying to figure out how im going to eat actual food every two hours. I can drink shakes and eat protein bars but i dont want to eat just that until 3 pm. So im trying to debate. Last year i had a teacher in my lunch period who would let me cook up my food or warm it up in her microwave but idk if this years lunch period teacher will let me.
