Calve Muscles
I really hate my calve muscles, it's sooo big. Is there any workout that I can tone or lose some muscles there? It there workouts/cardios that I should avoid? People say it's good or your lucky to have them. Honestly I dont' like them, it doesn't look good with skirts or shorts.

Doing cardio will help you lose weight - used to think my calves were big but since I've been working out they are looking much better and I noticed it was one of the first places I lost the weight. You want to try running up hill on the tread this will help firm up the muscle which makes your calves look more toned.
If you can try running outside and do some cross country as this mixes it up, gives you natural inclines and declines and it's more work than just running on a treadmill - me personally though I prefer a treadmill
you can look at doing calve raises - high reps 15-20, 3 sets.
keep your reps high and your weight low

That's not a bad problem to have though, not too many people around here wish their calves were smaller.

If ur calves are big by nature , the only thing to do is lose w8(if u have fat in them , if its all muscles - so sry )
An other thing is that u can try warking out on their shape...byscle , runing ect..
