weighted pull ups...
I am thinking about starting weighted pull ups, if i'm correct they work the back, and probably a bit of the biceps right?, well anyways, how would i go about adding weight?

use a backpack with sand. usually there's machines that let you do weighted pull ups.

Well there are variations of pullups, and some of them put more emphasis on different muscle groups on your back. As for adding weight, I just went to a fitness store and picked up a fairly decent dipping belt for 40 bucks. Its alot easier than wearing backpacks with weight or putting a DB weight between your legs and doing the exercise.

if you have a belt you can attach a chain to it and then rap the chain around some 45s or w.e
