I've felt the cell-volumization of glycerin when I've taken carb drinks during the offseason w/glycerin. I have not tried it precontest yet because I couldn't find pure glycerin online and because I don't intake liquids right before a show....

I have tried it and felt that it helped me come in harder and more pumped. I experimented with it at the 2003 Jr USA. The pics are attached.
