    Hemavol and Build XS?

Just wondering if anyone has tried stacking these two pre workout supplements/ or others close to them. I wanted to go stim free for a little and thought this may be a good option. Any opinions or other suggestions of what to stack with hemavol?

For the addition of creatine and beta alanine Build XS isnt a bad way to go. You can also look into Body Octane, Ultima, or just bulk creatine and/or ba

Any clue if creatine magnesium chelate in ultima works as well as creatine mono (and doesnt cause bloating)? If it does that would be great because I would like to be able to avoid the bloating involved with creatine mono

Have you previously gotten bloating from mono? Regardless yes, the creatine magnesium chelate works just as well as mono.

imo i think the bloating from creatine mono has been thrown out of proportion the wrong way.... BUT i have seen less bloating with mcc. I would advise you start with creatine mono too how it goes and then move on from there.

The two creatines I have a fan of are MCC and Orotine

Not terribly bloated. But still noticeable. I just figured if the creatine magnesium chelate works as well with no bloating it would be worth stacking with the hemavol rather than the creatine mono in Build XS

yes, i think that is a great choice to go with the mcc then. i personally find there are more benefits of the mcc over mono aside from size and strength gains.
