...if everyone says it's simply "cals in vs. cals out?" i mean I just working out twice a day.. an hour boxing in the a.m. and an hour lifting in the p.m. I just wont have enough energy for this if i drop my carbs. Will I still be able to low BF if i'm not dropping carbs but still eating clean?

Well I don't particularly know about the low carbs thing, but I do know that your body needs the amino acids from protein to repair muscle and that carbs in moderation are the best breakfast before an early morning workout because they're digested quicker than both fats and proteins meaning quicker energy.

Calories in vs. calories out determines weight gain vs. weight loss. Your macros determine how much of the previous is fat and muscle. Generally lower carb is better because protein is needed for rebuilding muscle and has a thermogenic effect to using it as energy. The fat you consume has a large effect on hormone levels and overall metabolism. So my suggestion would be to just use enough carbs that your workouts don't suffer but don't consume them past that point.

Yeah, don't do it if you are working out hard more than once a day. And even if you are low carbing you need your 30g of dextrose in your PW shake. It wont knock you out of ketosis if you just got done with a hard workout. Low carbing works great but you need to do it right or you'll have no energy & burn up muscle.
