    Best Chest and Ab Exercises for an Ectomorph

    What are the best chest and ab exercises for an ectomorph(naturally lean hardgainer)?

    Eat heaps. Lots of protein and carbs. Dunno about abs too much, but go heavy on the chest - 6 to 8 reps, and concentrate on Weighted Dips, Flat and Incline Bench - Barbell or Dumbells is fine. This will build mass. Flyes are ok, but don't do them initially for mass. More of a definition movement.
