Dieting theories range wildly on this one.
Some people gain more on high carb-moderate protein. Others gain more on high-protein-moderate carb. It is up to the person's body.
However, your best bet on protein is to take in at least your body weight (personally my recommendation is to start there, and ramp up to 1.5-2.0 times body weight over time)NSCA-CPT.
