oxandrin dose suggestions.
I'm doing a cycle of oxandrin and was wondering if anyone has any info about how to take the pills. When I get up to taking 6,7,8 a day, should they be taken all at once [with or without food?] or can they be taken in smaller amounts throughout the day - like 4 in the morning and 4 at lunch.
Any suggestions on how to take? thanks..

Wait a sec. Your doing a cycle, and have no idea how to take them?

yes, its another name for anavar. I'm curious to know if anyone else [other than my supplier] has an opinion/suggestion as to whethere it is better to take them all at once or space them throughout the day.

ibimusbtms i think you need to stick around for awile and read all the stickys and facts that will help you out a lot! Anavar only will not be a good cycle and you will not get great gains at all.....you will be disapointed and you will have lost your money...

I spread them. 30mg morning, 30mg evening. But I don't think it's a make-or-break kinda thing.

Typical dosage would be around 40mg daily. However, this would vary based on ones size and experience.

Whatever is easier for you. Split up twice a day if you can but not a big issue.

Var's half life is 8 hours. So it may work a bit better to spread the dose out.
