I want to gain weight but with school its just about impossible for me. I eat a good breakfast and eat as much as I can when I come home but the next day during school I lose all the weight I put on because im not eating anything for 7 to 3!! I hardly eat lunch at school because they have the worst food I ever tasted in my life and its all fried crap. I go from 140lbs at night to 135 when I come back from school then I repeat that every day. Is there anything I can do?

Yep. If you want to really conquer the problem you're gonna have to pack a lunch and more. My friend who had the same problem always took a food bar (like the kind from MetRx) to school as well as his lunch. Midmorning, while changing classes, he'd shove that bar down his face and head to class. Then for lunch, he'd load up the best he could and eat again as soon as school let out.

There is really no way for me to overcome this problem because im only 15 and Im in highschool so there is no way I can eat during class. Also I cant bring a lunch because our lockers are so small and there is 2 people to a locker and I hardly have enough room for my books. Even If I could pack a lunch I would only be able to eat 1 meal within 8 hours so I think im screwed.

Dude your school must suck the biggest cock...I really don't know what to tell you if your trying to gain weight...I mean honestly, there is always a solution. You can either try to bring you lunch and just leave it in your bag while you go from class to class, or even just eat the lunch at school even if it does suck. Going 8 hours without protein or for that matter food, is really going to hurt you in bodybuilding...Just get your prorities straight, and maybe even talk to your parents about it.

this is when you say, screw you, and eat anyways. if the cooler doesnt fit in the locker, carry it with you . i never used my locker once in high school. i always carried everything around, even my cooler, ESPECIALLY my cooler. honestly, what you should do is indiviually talk to your teachers and tell them your situation. i never had to do that but it seems like you would have a better chance of eating in class if you did that then instead of going to the principal. if they still say no, i suggest taking a couple of bananas, bagels, breads, sandwhciches, weight gainer shakes, etc everyday into school and stick them in your locker and eat them in the hallway between classes

I know every school has a lunch so you can eat a lunch, but don't you also have like a 10 minute break when you could eat? What you could do, and this is what my friend does, is just bring a plastic bag, you know the ones from the grocerie stores, and just carry it around with you. Also don't you have passing periods where you go from class to class? you could get a little bit of food in then, and if your worried about looking dumb or people being like why is he always eating, if they ever look at you like your dumb just be like, SHUT UP I'M A BODYBUILDER!

First it's important to understand what you're eating for breakfast? Your definition and mine might be two different things as far as eating a lot. Second, as a person that needed a smack in the face advice via this site, bring a shake to have during the day, or 2. While I'd suggest making your own for cost and control of ingredients, you can buy something that has 1000 calories or more with over 100g carbs and still good quantities of protein and fat that you need for your weight gain. Surely your locker is big enough to hold 1 shaker cup and 2 baggies of powder. Have one in the morning, one if the afternoon. It's not all that hard, just have to put your mind to it.
