hello everyone me wanna ask that creatine can taken with some dextrose or juice. can i take creatine with carrots juice. what is dextrose?? is it glucose.
glucose D is available in our country pakistan can i take with glucose d???

Yes creatine is best taken with dextrose (mixed with water) or juce.
Dextrose (also known as glucose) is a monosaccharide or simple sugar. It is derived from corn.
Not sure what the difference between glucose D and glucose is.
Carrot juce not sure, I think a sweeter juce like grape or apple would be better.

Just take your creatine with any carbs (food). Dextrose isn't needed.
