    Is playing basketball enough cardio?

    Hi,
    I usually play basketball 4 times a day around 11-12. I play full court, but unlike regular cardio workouts, basketball is a stop and go excercise. I average around three 15 minute games per day, usually M-Th. Is this enough cardio for cutting?

    You don't need any cardio for cutting. It just speeds things up and lets you eat more.

    That is plenty man. I do the same thing. It works wonders.
