Does anyone have a link to a site with the Jobe exercises (rotator cuff strengthening, baseball)
Another Q... when you are doing the raises with the dumbells should you go over your head, and I heard that if you use over like 8 pounds and dont go slow enough you will be strengethining your major muscles not the RC.

ive already looked at webball and it doesent have everything...
anyone know anything about raising over your shoulder which might put too much torque on your arm or the 8 pound dumbell ?
