between these 2 workouts which is better or are they preety much the same, should i switch off every week 1 week extensions and 1 week skullcrushers or have it in the same work out plan? and are these workouts really good to pack on size on your tris?
Seriously, what do you think is going to add more mass? A 35 lbs DB tricep extension or a 315 lbs close grip bench, or a 355 lbs reverse grip bench, or close grip dips with 3 45s tied to you?
You want massive, freaky triceps you need to do movements that you can get as heavy in as possible.
