Im always reading these forums and find it gives me a lot of motivation and reading about other people's transformations and the positive feedback that people give them has inspired me to start the Journey.
I currently weigh 94kg's am 5ft7 and have a 34in waist..
Goals are - to get to a 30in waist, drop about 15 - 20 kegs, I want to get a lean strong body with low body fat. I dont have dreams of having a ripped six pack or anything just to change my lifestyle to be more happy.
First few weeks my tactic is gonna be just clean up my diet, walk every day for an hour or so, do cardio at least 3 times a week, and also do weights 2 to 3 times a week. Then reasses and go to the next stage.
DIET: Basically im gonna cut out drinking fizzy drinks, drink more water. always eat breakfast, have a healthy lunnch and lean meat and vegies for dinner... snacks throughout the day will be fruit and some protein shakes.
Well, as hard as it is for me to do this a weightloss journal isnt much without a starting picture.. so here Is my fat gut in all its glory..
Will update pic every week or so and try and to put down how im travelling every now and then. i notice this has helped others stay on track..
