Squats is tough to describe without showing someone in person. But yes, your ass should come out/back first but not arching your back too much at the same time.
    Pivot at your hips.

I was always told that its more of a sitting down action, at least to give most of the work to the leg muscles, am I wrong in this???, Im a lil afraid to bend my back all that way, as I dont have a belt

Don't focus on sticking your bum out, focus on keeping your spine neutral. Your bum will automatically stick out a bit, and you'll have a lot more spinal stability.

If you try to stick your rear out you will probably end up arching your back. You will naturally stick your rear out a little bit when you squat. Here's a link that shows proper squat form:

You shouldn't worry too much about how far you butt is sticking out. The most important aspect is to keep you back arched, chest out, and look up at something above your head. You butt is going to stick out naturally when squats are done right, but remember that you are benting at the hips and knees, not your lower back. I see people that the lower they go, the more they bent their back and lean forward. Not good.
    - Far too many stupid people in the world. I say we remove the warning labels off everything and let nature take it's course.

    - LETS GO LIFT SOMETHING HEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your back should be straight, not arched. Arching you back on squats is a good way to get injured.

Good advice, but I think the super-wide powerlifting stance in those pictures should not be used by most bodybuilders.
