hi im currently on my 2nd week of m1t and 4ad cycle and i have had a lower back pain i know its proly from the m1t but what can i take to help this?

I did some research for you and here is your answer:
Lower back pain occurs due to lower potassium level on m1t. The most common way to encounter this problem is to eat bananas and drink loads of water.
