This may be a stupid question... They aren't the most healthy things. But what are your opinions on baked beans while cutting.
They have quite a few calories, but a lot of fiber of course.

beans are a great source of complex carbs, fiber, and incomplete protein...baked beans have all that but have tons of crap in them. if you want beans to eat just get cans of regular beans: kidney, black, great northern, blackeye, etc. avoid the ones with high fructose corn syrup in it.
