Hi Trailrparktrash my injured arm is ok
Hi, thanks for your pm, im coming on the forum very often, but i don t have time to post new threads most of the time, so im glad to can post some new pics on the forum, i ll pm u soon, and i know i still have a lot of pms i ve did not answered, so i ll try to.
Well my tri is ok, same for my wrist, and my bicep, im done with overtraining, im trying to do less sets but to do each one to the extreme failure, it seems it works, i ve added size to my arms and my tri doesn t hurt anymore.
So thanks again Trailrparktrash, and thanks to everyone on the forum for all those great threads and pics.
Here s some pics of my arms, u can see they re ok.
Take care
Karim

Hi M4ttyboy, well first i could be wrong with the way im training, what works for me could doesn t work for u, i m still learning and doing many mistakes with my training, diet, rest...
My routine for my back and biceps for an exemple:
Back : Barbell rows 1 warm up set
then 2 sets to the failure
T bar rows : 2 sets
one arm rows : 2 sets
deadlifts : 2 sets
Biceps : seated Dumbells curls 2 sets
incline Dumbell curls 2 sets
preacher curls 2 sets
I never spend more than an hour in the gym, exercises and order of exercises frequently change, recently i ve changed the way i train with low sets and higher intensity approach, and i think that was a good choice, but once again see if it works for u.
Take care

Hi Fgoncal, yes my chest is only 43, but chest and side delts are my weakpoints, i ll have to work a lot on them, my side delts look better now, but nothing to do for my chest, i ve tried everything but they don t grow.
My forearms are 14.5 inches, so they re not that big, but i have small joints so it makes them looks bigger than they are really. I saw your pics in your different threads, u look great man, 17.3 inches gunz is really good, your forearms look really good too, i can t tell u a lot about forearms training because i ve never trained them, i work a lot with free weights, for all my upper body exercices, and it probably helps.
i don t have front double biceps shots but i ll do some
good work Fgoncal
Your friend Karim

Amazing upper body, the only thing id work along with side delts like you said is incline bench, this will add overall mass and a nice roundness on the top part of those big pecs.
Great job man, i love those arms!

Looking very big and ripped bro. I really don't see in any major flaws in your physique right now. People keep saying side delts, but they look plenty big enough to me. You got good sized traps, some people around here just can't understand that some people like both big traps and big delts. They think everyone is supposed to have flat, nonexistant traps and square delts in bodybuilding.
Oh well, anyways keep up the good work bro, and good luck with your competition.
