    Question about this program

I'm about to go on this PPL split which uses RPE and the RPE numbers go up per set
    ie:
    set 1- rpe 6
    set 2- rpe 7
    set 3- rpe 8
    and so on

but my question is, when I use progressive overload and log the weights. If I beat a weight on my rpe 9 set do I next week move it that weight down to rpe 8 and then try use a heavier weight than previous for the rpe 9 set on the subsequent week?

Anyone who thinks you can instinctively feel the difference between RPE6 an RPE 7 lifting weights is fooling themselves.

Trainers that do stuff like that use actual dynamic measurements of bar speed and not RPE.

Doesn't the program have any instructions?
