I have been taking ON Creatine Monohydrate for almost a week now and am hearing so many different opinions from ppl i know, I want an experienced persons opinion on this.

Will I retain water weight?
if so, how much?
I am trying to lose fat, is this OK to take?

As of now I take NO EXPLODE before work outs and after work outs I take Optimum 100% whey protein (2scoops)......can I just add SIZE ON to my whey protein shake? or should i take the creatine separate?

ha um definately don't mix size-on or green mag in a protein shake. well unless you want to test your manhood on drinking fruity chocolate green surprize however if you got like an unflavored creatine such as mono or micronized that would be fine to add to almost anything

my experience with mono is that yea you defiantely tend to retain water. probly just a couple pounds at most. as for loosing fat, monohydrate will not slow down your fat loss however it WILL make you look as if you are not loosing fat. this is because the water you retain makes you look a bit puffy. so all you have to know is if your thinking " hey i'm training hard and yet i still look like i have the same body fat" that it might just be the water weight which will go away once you stop taking creatine. you can also take a diuretic like Expel or that new one from muscle tech when your done with your creatine to get rid of the excess water and even look a bit more cut.

I have heard I should cycle off in 2 months and take 2 wks off to see the strength gains and drop the water weight so I have it marked on the calender when i will cycle off it for a bit.

Into my second week or so on SizeOn, im used to the taste now.

I look noticeably bigger.

At first I had some good strength gains but now those have gone back down to a normal rate of growth.

I get great pumps now, I didnt even get good pumps off NO Xplode but i feel em on this stuff.



so i guess i can say SizeOn is great for puttin Size On, lol. but not a strength gaining supplement. aw well, thats what hard works for.

I no longer care about my weight, i just care about muscle size, etc. but i have noticed that I havent gained a single pound of weight although im putting on notcieble amount of extra muscle in a considerably short amount of time, whats the deal?

I just started taken prolab last friday, this is my first time using creatine and I figured I'll take 10g a day for the first week then go down to 5g a day. I think I'm seeing strength gains from it already, but it may be mental.

Mhhmm well i have read plenty of studies discrediting kre akalyn and plenty promoting it. All i can say is I have used creatine mono and had good gains but lost most of the weight when I went off the product. I then tried Kre Akalyn and had great results and when i stopped taking it about i kept about 70% of the gains I had experienced. Who knows what the truth is but my gains were much more solid and I kept more when I used kre akalyn compared to creatine mono. Give it a shot it might work better for you too

I was using mono and have seen good results but I recently ran out. Instead of getting another bottle I went out and bought some SizeOn ( have read good reviews ). Today is day 3 and I can def. tell that it's working. I'm suprised it hasn't gotten more votes than it already has. Anyone else like this better than mono?

I think for my next creatine cycle im going to try some kre-akalyne. Im sick of getting a lot bigger on the cylce then shrinking back down when i get off.

I just started using it... I've used Cell-Tech before and it was nasty and made me feel bloated (tho it did pack on muscle). CellMass seems much better. Tastes better, easier to drink, and no loading! And I'm slowly beginning to see gains. I like it!

Yep I'm on it right now and it's not bad! The taste isn't very good but the results I'm seeing are good. My endurance has increased a lot too.

I have used Cell-Tech & Nitro-Tech Combos, it works quick it does good for about anybody but for me, tired of mixing it with drinks and foods on the clock. Sometime wasnt up to tasting the Nitro-tech sets. They did good job on gaining muscles but clugging them. whew. So I changed to pills to save me time since I am full time father and always busy around the clock with everything else, so I switched to Mass Stack, it works great, it works faster then the first combo I have tried for me and it only pushes for an hour then you have to work twice as hard as you are after you take the pills. Then take the creakic after the workout sure relaxes my muscles and let the first two work the muscles non stop for the next four hours. After that, I moved to Shredded Stack since I am still shredding and needs it done quicker while I bulk. It is other success by muscletech for me. I lost a lot of fat around my abs and guts but still kept my weigh stable by gaining muscles. I have to change to a size smaller in jeans (fat loss) and gain one size in shirts (muscle gains). Almost done with shredded stack, will be continuing on the workout without supplment for a month or two to see how I do without them. I might go back on the muscletech stuff later, who knows. It worked for me to support my shoulder joint problem. A great job done, and pushing.

I am getting back into lifting and I picked just ordered a few suplements to use, anyone have opinions on using
ANIMAL PAK (MULI),
MUSCLE MILK (PROTIEN),
GASPIRI SUPERPUMP 250 (PRE-WORKOUT),
AND VOLU-GROW (POST WORKOUT)
