I am in with a vote for AAEFX and Kre-Alkalyn. I never used it before it was recommended to me by a rep and now I won;t use anything else. I used CM and Creapure for years on and off as well as CEM. I find it bloats and dehydrates me less. I get all the great effects with no side effects.

GreenMag, I've tried both and they aren't bad at all. Mix pretty well and just easy to drink.

It seems like a lot of people on here reccomend Creatine Monohydrate. However, CellMass won the site's Best Creatine award for five straight years before Gaspari SizeOn won it last year. I also have a co-worker who used to be into a lot of heavy weight lifting who reccomends Cell-Tech. I'm neither a body builder nor heavy weight lifter. I'm in law enforcement and just looking to increase strength and muscle size. Should I go with the basic Monohydrate or should I spend the extra money on one of the others?

While Size On is an excellent product, if you're just starting out with it I would go with a straight monohydrate. I would look for any creatine that says it's Creapure Creatine, as it's the best mono out today.

Kre-Alkalyn has been the most effective creatine supplement for me. I agree with you on the side effects. No bloating, gas etc. yet it still is highly effective.

Im gonna have to put in a vote for kre-alkalyn too. Ive read all the arguments regarding the efficacy of kre-alkalyn vs reg creatine mono, but I just had more favorable results with kre-alkalyn. Reg creatine definitely still gives me results, but kre-alkalyn did it with no bloat or sub-q water retention. I got a much harder, dryer look as opposed to a softer less defined look off of regular creatine. This will be my my staple creatine supplement from now on.

    Con-cret

I tried monohydrate for years and never got nearly the results I got on 1 week of creatine hydrochloride. Kre-alklyn or the GNC 189 stuff are supposed to be good too, but I got the con-cret pretty cheap online. 22.99 for 48 servings and free shipping...

Bloat is a function of over dosing creatine, not the type of creatine. The mode of operation is one that does bring water into the muscle bellies.

I thought Con-Cret was useless and all turned to creatinine in your stomach? Why then do we have two for Con-Cret on one page?

    Add another for Con-Cret.

Samples are available on a first come first served basis. Corporate doesn't always have all products available for sampling and demand for our samples is pretty high. I would try again in a month or so and see what they have.

Just so you know: there's currently now only two sources of creatine: Creapure (Germany) and the Chinese (various companies of various quality) and that's it.

All the companies you purchase from use those sources.

Are they processed differently once the companies purchase it? Or is it purchased as a final product?

Depends, but mostly as a final product. If they are blending it with other compounds, etc, it may have additional processing done.

Creds to you. People should know Creapure costs more, so it always speaks well in my view those companies willing to pay the extra $$$ for it.

Creapure is very cheap. A consumer can get 1000 grams for around $20.

Which has nadda to do with my comment. Creapure costs more for companies to purchase in bulk compared to Chinese stuff, and most people don't know that/realize that.

Thus, using Creapure cuts into profit margins for companies (which are already very thin as your 1000g for $20 shows...) selling CM.

So, creds to companies willing to lose some % of profit margin to sell the higher quality CM even though most people (you included it appears) don't always know/appreciate that.

So I wanted to give creds where it was due!
