    GAH! Stupid ****ing weights.

    Alright, I'm lifting to gain weight here, people. And I started eating a LOT more food, and lifting. But what happens?
    I LOSE weight!

    I know I'm not lifting REAL heavy, but it's still doing number on my muscles.

    lifting means poop. if your diet isn't in place, all the lifting in the world won't help.....it's a common misconception to think 'all i have to do is pump iron and i'll get big'. that's only half the story, and without the other half, you just end up spinning your wheels

    trying eating a lot of the right kinda food....high protein food, make sure you getting enough calories and fats too
