Joints

hey guys, been having problems with my shoulders and wrists lately. It seems like my muscles are growing and getting stronger, but my joints don't seem to be holding up.

Do you guys do anything special for your joints when training? Different stretches, lifts or supps??

Thanks

Just to be sure: do you balance out your training? Like, equal work for the antagonists? If not, that could cause your joints to hurt.

I always work my joints out before i get into my work out. For your shoulders and wrist. Take a 2.5 lb weight and hold it out to your side and twist your arm back and forth at your shoulder. It will help your wrist and shoulder.
