Even in pure moutain water, there are a ton of impurities, but they don't register as even <1% RDA so that's why it doesn't say anything.
Distilled water, in theory, doesn't even have a single atom of any impurity in it. It is 100% pure H2O. It actually tastes really weird/bad because people are used to impurities.

I used to work with water purifiers, I learned alot about distilled. Distilled is supposed to be bad for you since it doesn't have the minerals. Most water you drink has soo much stuff in it that should be drank. Now for normal people thats news that should be really looked into when getting involved with distilled, but for bodybuilders or people that take multis, take in alot of vit/minerals that are lost in the water. Now you will still be less than before but you will not be short.
The impurities are in the thousands. If I were to recommend any type of water to someone I would say it would just be natural spring water or purified water of some type. Distilled isn't going to "hurt" you but you will be taking in less of certain things your body needs.
Pre-contest it would make sense because of dehydration. Which is common when you drink alot of it.
Hope I helped.Last edited by Raider926; 02-15-2005 at 08:04 PM.

There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra than on Alzheimer's research. This means
that by 2030, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.
