ok, i can't make it out to costco too often, so when i do, i wanna stock up on fish oil softgels.. how long do these things last in the fridge?

On my bottle of fish oil, the exp. date is 3 years from when I bought it. That's at room temp. That should be plenty for what you have in mind.

ill prolly go for about 10 a day.. so 300caps at 10 a day means a bottle will last me appx 1 month.. so i'm curious as to how many i can safely buy at a time.. i was thinkin maybe 3 or 4..

Once opened and refrigerated...I'd say about 6 months. My bottle is usually done in about 10-12 days- but then again I only have 75 count bottle
