Joint pains. Supps.?
Recently, I've been experiencing a LOT of pains in my joints. What can I do to help this? Any supplement to help joint pains?

Glucosemine tablets! I bought some today actually. A years supply is like under $20.

I can't workout w/o warming up first. Just doesn't feel right! So, no doubt about that. Hopefully the Glucos. helps.

Have fun with the injuries. Muscles tear at higher temperature.

Not sure if you're referring "the injuries" to warming up, or my joint pains.

You're more likely to get injuries when lifting without warming up. I had to take a week off because I didn't warm up before deadlift max outs at school, causing me to tear both of my calves. Got a PR, but alot of a hell of pain after it.

Why would you say 'have fun with the injuries' if I am warming up though? Maybe you just read what I wrote wrong, lol.
