9:30 Am. - 1 cup fat free milk, 1/3 cup oat bran, 2 scoops whey protien, 1/2 a banana, and 1 tsp peanut butter
12:30 pm. - 1 cup fat free milk, 1 scoop protien
1:30 - 3:00 workout
3:30 pm. 5 grams creatine, 34 grams dextrose, protien shake
6:30 pm. 2 Chicken breast, small salad, yams
9:30 pm. 4 egg whites, wheat toast with 1 tsp beanut butter
12:00 am. 1 cup cottage cheese, glass of water.
I am also taking a multi vitamin, and CLA. I know i lack fish oils, and flax seed oils, which i will be starting, suggestions on best kind is appreciated. Also am thinking about taking 1000 mg of L-carnitine a day, and looking into purchasing some SESATHIN. Suggestions are appreciated!
Work out routine is as follows:
Monday- Chest, Abs, 25 minutes cardio after workout
Tuesday- Back, Calves, 25 minutes cardio after workout
wed - off
thursday - shoulders/traps, 25 minutes cardio after workout
friday - bis/tris, legs, 25 minutes cardio
sat-cardio in the morning on empty stomach
sun- off
And and by the way i am 24, currently 6 foot, 175 pounds 16% body fat.
