    Is This Overtraining?

Is doing the same exercises every other day for a long period of time like 3-4 months overtraining. In my case, I do a full upperbody workout with bench, curls, pulldowns/rows, and lateral raises every other day. In each of my workouts I train with maximum intensity. Would it be overtraining if i did this for a long period of time. Ive heard that all you need is a day to recouperate, but ive also heard that this might be overtraining. What do you guys think.

Oh, and by a day, I mean a day without working out. Technically 48 hours of rest though.

No and yes. No if you are consuming enough calories (3000-5000) a day. Yes if your eating habits are poor.
