16 - Ectomorph
I am a 16 year old ectomorph.. 6 foot... Been lifting the right way for about 3 months. Went from 145-160..Had no chest when I started and it's still small but it's progress. The pics are bad since I took them myself using a phone but any comments? No legs pics yet since I can't do legs for 3 months since I had a knee injury.

You look bigger then I expected at 6', 160lbs. Shoulders and abs look great. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comments. I'm clean bulking and want to be around 185 ripped. My chest is just lagging. The sad thing is my military is catching up to it.

Not too shabby.
I'd say your an ecto/meso-morph... Your quite lanky looking (no offense) but your frame definately isn't having trouble putting on muscle, especially if you have only been lifting 3 months.
I'd say start mega-dosing your calories e.g a minimum of 3000 possibly 4000 if you got the stomach for it... Keep your cardio to a minimum... start doing low rep, high weight sets (if you aren't already).
Use this info & you should be packing on some decent size in no time.
Keep it up.

Yea, I'm definatly lanky lol. Played basketball for the past 10 years so I was always in shape but never actually lifted. About the calories, I take in about 3,500 a day. I love food and I eat all day. For the person who asked about my split. I keep my reps in between 4 and 6. Usually doing 6 on the first set and not being able to do more than 4 on the last. It goes
Monday - 3 sets flat bench
- 3 sets incline
- 3 sets dumbbell flys
- 3 sets close grip bench
- 3 sets seated dumbbell extension
Tuesday - 3 sets deadlift
- 2 set dumbbell shrug/2 set barbell
- 3 sets weighted crunches/2 sets leg raises
Wendesday - off
Thursday - 3 sets military press
- 3 sets lateral raises
- 2 sets bent over laterals
- rotator cuff work
Friday - Ab work
- 3 sets weighted pullups (Palms away) I'm currently only adding 10 more pounds
- 3 sets dumbbell rows
- 3 sets of barbell/dumbbell curl
- 3 sets of various other curls (Preacher, hammer, incline.. Not on same day.. Rotated weekly)
I seperated back because I can't deadlift and then do pullups and rows. Not enough energy. I can't do legs for a while but the thing is. My legs are actually bigger than my upper body. My calves are actually an inch bigger than my biceps. I eat foods such as chicken, natural peanut butter, brown rice, whole wheat bread, salmon, steak, eggs, and only drink water and protein shakes.

Last year in a baseball game, I slide into a base and ripped up my knee.. Needed surgery.. Was doing some pretty impressive leg lifts before that.. I had always worked my legs.
