    how long do you take creatine for?

    im using the creatine x3 punch flavored stuff and have used it 3 weeks, Also how much water weight did you guys gain on average a month?.

    it says directly after a workout and so i do that, It also says on the package to take a scoop in the am right when you wake up on a NON workout day as well.

    basicaly i take one scoop a day, 57g a scoop

    im guessing by my research it is a personal preference when to quit taking it, some say 2 months on then a month off, the question i have is how much weight did you guys gain in a month on this stuff. Im already seeing results after 3 weeks.

    If you're gaining weight, it's probably because of the truckloads of sugar they put in that stuff.

    To answer your question though, creatine can be taken indefinitely. You don't have to cycle it.

    yea, I noticed all that dang sugar at the bottom of the cup when i drink the water/ creatine. i bet some of the weight is the water weight as well.
