Hey bro, hows life? There's no real reason unless you have insulin sensitivity issues, I personally wouldn't recommend it.
I agree with chimp on that. But the first time I tried a CKD a few years ago I went from 172 @ 15% to 164 @ 9%. So I still gained 3 lbs of muslce in 3 months.
