Used post workout does it spike your insulin as well as dextrose? I read it is osmotically absorbed, does that mean it bypasses the whole insulin thing?
What do you guys think of WMS?

no i believe you will still get a spike.
I think its a little hyped up, but i still think its a solid product.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Waxy Maize Starch is a long chain complex carbohydrate with a molecular weight 100 times greater than maltodextrin and 3000 times greater than dextrose, making it the “perfect carb” for athletes and bodybuilders for recovery and muscle fullness. Due to its higher molecular weight, Waxy Maze Starch (WMS) has the ability to move through the stomach 80% faster than dextrose or maltodextrin, for rapid glycogen replenishment and nutrient uptake in the muscles. Bottom line, Waxy Maize Starch is the ideal super carbohydrate for faster recovery and massive pumps without bloating or gastro discomfort at an unbeatable carb source.
Post workout: Mix 75 grams of WMS in 20 oz. of water. Shake or blend for 30-45 seconds. Consume immediately after workout to replenish glycogen levels and enhance recovery. May be mixed with protein of choice within 30 minutes following workout or physical activity.
Pre workout: Consume 75 grams of WMS 15 minutes prior to exercise or physical activity for maximum performance. May also be consumed during workout or activity for sustained
