    Carb loading required?

Well, I've been doing so much cardio, I think I drained my body. My muscles aren't sore but.....I've never felt so drained in energy in my entire life? I've been gettin gabout 150-200 g of carbs a day. I'm seriously so drained that walking is a chore. My muscles aren't sore so I think it's purely an energy dilemma.

Do I need to go one day where I just up my carb intake a week or something?

Sounds like you are overtraining. Take some time to let your body recover.

Take one or two days off and your body will appreciate it. Make sure you are getting adequate rest time once you resume as well. Perhaps even re-work your current training schedule.
