anavar/oxandrin....how to dose.

I'm doing a cycle of oxandrin and was wondering if anyone has any info about how to take the pills. When I get up to taking 6,7,8 a day, should they be taken all at once [with or without food?] or can they be taken in smaller amounts throughout the day - like 4 in the morning and 4 at lunch.

Any suggestions on how to take? thanks..
