    Dont laugh: I want to know Hulk Hogans workout routine

    Now I know im gonna get ridiculed for asking about this and will most likley get the:

    "do 3 sets than inject GH" replies.

    I would genuinely like to know though as I've always thought he had an excellent physique (albeit chemically enhanced) and would love to know what regime he followed/follows.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Yo Hulk Hogan is small cake compared to 99.9% of the guys you see in Muscle and Fitness, Ironman, MuscleMag, and Flex Magazine. So forget that Hogan admited to using Steroids at one point in his life, every pro bodybuilder uses them all like they breath air and don't admit it.

    Do the majority of all Pro Wrestlers take steroids ???

    Some are just naturally massive, like the Undertaker.

    But i would say all these other guys have to be taking steroids in order to stay so big.

    One i am curious about is THE ROCK , what you guys think ????

    majority of pro wrestlers juice, for a couple of reasons... to stay big, to not loose mass while working out and having matches 6-7 days per week, etc...

    the rock has probably used his fair share of steroids... I don't know this for sure... but that's where his gyno may have come from... HHH, Benoit, Lesnar, even stone cold used or use steroids... all of the really big guys probably have a few cycles under their belts... but some people like the hardy's, and the smaller guys probably stay away from steroids... undertraker is probably naturally that big, but still probably took something...

    Rock one time said he used Steroids in High School.

    And these days a lot less pro wrestlers you see use steroids. About 10 years ago it was practically everyone in the big times, but these days size is less of an issue so guys don't have to juice as much.

Well I know a few pro wrestlers and yes alot do juice and you would be extremely suprised who does or dos'nt...LOL.. guys like undertaker are just naturally big men!!! and kevin Nash... you can also tell by the way a persons physique looks all the time if they juice or not .... cough..cough 'poppa pump'...cough.LOL... easy to tell!!

    Im just super curious , like his physique and wanna know how he trains. Although he 'juices' he still has to follow a regime to look that way. I grew up watching Hogan as a kid and always wanted to have a bod like him and wanted to know how he trained, and that followed through to adulthood (im 21). Its like everyone wants to know how ronnie Coleman,Levrone,Cutler,Cromier etc trains and it gets plasted over all the mags cos people are curious. Same with me only ith Hogan.

    you wont look like him by training like him... you wont have his biceps because you do what he does... that goes for every bodypart... it is all genetics... you cannot change the shape of your muscle and how it will grow... chances are you will look completely different...

    I don't think hogan ever posted his routine on the net so I doubt it will be easy to find...

    I agree with you 100% about Eddie. I remember him leaving for a while last year and coming back. This was around the time he was trying to be down with the Hardyz. He came back quite jacked indeed!

    I am not sure about the Rock getting food poisoned but I do agree that he is smaller now. The WWE still lists him at 275 and you can look at older pics and see how chubby he was. However, I saw a news article that listed him at 255 now. I would imagine he got lean for Hollywood because now you can see his cheekbones and everything.

    I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but your boy Brock Lesnar yes, he has a huge neck, traps, back and chest (and I guess shoulders).... but his arms, legs, and calves do not impress me. Now someone who does impress me that I saw last night.....Deacon Baustisa!!!! Woah.. that was one big ass dude!! And he was pretty proportioned! (He reminded me of one of those guys working for Babidi on Dragon Ball Z for you fans out there.)

    Speaking of Roids, What about the Macho Man Randy Savage, Man i use to see all of the wrestlers when they worked out at what was Golds Gym (Now Big Daddys Gym) in Garden City, Michigan The former owner Dave Cox knew most of these guys the guys would come by and work out before they had a show at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit a few years ago. I saw Hulk Hogan, Sting, Animal And Hawk, Rick and Scott Steiner, Lex Luger, Ted Dibiase, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, And a host of others. Man all of those guys were juicing, Like i mentioned before, Just look at Savage, When i saw savage in the gym a couple of years ago i dont think he weighed over 210lbs, Now look at him, Full of Deca.

    Hogan's Chest Routine

    I saw his chest routine in Arnold's enclyclpedia of bodybuilding some time ago. I don't have the book, but I remember seeing it. A lot of bench presses and barbell inclines with reps ranging for the most part between 2-6. Not a lot of flyes, cable crossovers or isolation excerises do I remember. It was awhile ago.

    According to his old training partner Ed Leslie;

    Day 1 - Chest & Arms
    Day 2 - Legs
    Day 4 - Back & Shoulders
    Day 6 - Repeat


    Chest - Benches, Inclines (usually DBs), Crossovers, Flyes, Dips (failure).
    Arms - BB Curls, Preachers, DB Alternates, Tris varied.
    Legs - Legs varied (usually Squat OR Leg Press depending on back health, then other machines).
    Back - Deadlifts above knee (only if gym had power rack), Seated Row, Chins to failure (usually behind neck), Press Behind Neck, Front BB Raises (to help Bench), Upright Rows.

    Hogan liked to go down to 2-3 reps on SQ/BP whenever he felt healthy/strong, he also liked to do high reps for Bis like 21s and 5x20 DB curls.

    Leslie reports for Hogan a 2K-LB Leg Press for reps, 800LB SQ for reps, 550LB BP for reps, 220LB Straight-bar curls for strict reps.

    Yearly Cycle was 14 weeks on, 12 weeks off, 14 weeks on, 12 weeks off. Test, Deca, Dbol.
