I can definitely see a difference...your back is looking thicker and your arms look considerably bigger...keep it up man, good gains for only 3 months!

Your back is definitely showing a much better V-taper. Well done!
Once you bring your bodyfat percentage down (around 8% or so), you should look scary. You have good muscle density under there.

Thanks for the comments fellas, right now I am trying to cut. Its coming along pretty good. Hope fully by August I should be where I want to be at about 7%. When that happens I will evaluate where I want to go from there. Since I really don't have any plans to compete, I don't want to get too big so I'll see.

You're lookin' pretty big Iceman, bigger than I had envisioned you being. I like the before/after pics, helps to judge progress. The back double bi comparison is the best. Your after pic in that pose is tight. Keep it up and good luck with the dieting, it can be tough (especially when you're bustin' your ass in the gym) but well worth it in the end.

You got some serious thickness there, if you drop a few notches in the bodyfat you'll definately see the mass that might not be visible now. Your back has significantly improved, the arms look bigger, the V-taper has really came out, waist looks smaller even, cuts and symmetry in the back also seem very impressive. Pump on.

Thanks again for the comments. My stats are 6'1 currently about 225. I was about 234 in the after pics. And about 220 in the before pics. My chest is 43in, my arms are 18 cold ( The will look alot better when I lose this bf) waist at 34 and thighs at 26. Don't know my calves but I have the same prob as pete. I'm working on it though....

Oh yeah the thing that I think made the biggest difference in my back was probably the fact that I would work back twice on back day. Once at lunch doing free weights and again after work doing cable work. My back is pretty stuborn so I figured I'd hit it harder....
