is it ok to work on traps everyday or better every other day

thats true. not everyday but they can be done more frequently. those muscles are built a little differently and respond to higher reps and more work days. you use those muscles a lot during regular day activities so they are built more for endurance. you have to work them a little different. i think even traps are some what in this category. you could probably get away with training traps more than other bodyparts. i wouldnt go over 3 times a week though.
im on a program that hits every body part twice a week so the only thing i train more than that is abs which i do every other day.

Wow I just read this and realized that I was doing one thing wrong. I was working on my abdominals everyday. It also isn't good to work calves everyday right so whenever I run on a crossramp machine and it targets my thighs and calves is that a good thing or bad thing? I do the crossramp everyday. If not should I do trendmill instead of crossramp since I want to do cardio daily?
