    Achieve “Six Pack” six weeks

    Stats:
    Height 6' tall
    Weight 160 lbs.
    Body fat 14%


    I need a good abdominal routine/cardio routine.
    I’m thinking of doing cardio 4-5 times a week for about 20 minutes.

    What type of diet do I need?

    Any other helpful information will be useful.

    Your gonna have to get your bf% below 10% probably. Cardio is important, but not as much as diet. Browse the boards or internet for some good diets and suggestions.

    There is plenty of info on this site about caloric calculation and so on.

    One suggestion, you might try to up your cardio to at least 30 minutes. Just an idea.

    i read this book called Banish your Belly by Mens Health and it said you can eat whatever you want as long as you run or do cardio everyday..? I see most people saying that diet is one of the most important things..is what it says in the book a lie?
