Height 6' tall
Weight 160 lbs.
Body fat 14%
I need a good abdominal routine/cardio routine.
I’m thinking of doing cardio 4-5 times a week for about 20 minutes.
What type of diet do I need?
Any other helpful information will be useful.

One suggestion, you might try to up your cardio to at least 30 minutes. Just an idea.
