just wonderin how to do flat bench to build size
reps sets etc..
i would like to do 3 sets but reps??

First thing you should do to build size with flat bench is to turn your back the opposite direction of the barbell bench and walk directly over to the dumbbells.
Thats where you can pack on the mass
Also, I disagree about pyramiding. Thats good for breaking through a plateu, but for packing on mass just stick with straight sets. 6-8 reps......8-10 reps, just pick one and do it for a month or two.
