    How long before working out to eat pre-workout meal?

    I normally do about 45 minutes or so.. is this good? I've heard anywhere from half an hour to an hour and a half..
    Short black leather skirts, stomach tattoo, glitter panties, sexy belt...had to have you...

    yeah ive heard a small meal wait 30-45 mins... a large meal 60-120mins

    i would say when you stop feeling the satiety from the meal you ate. that is usually anywhere from 45-90 minutes after.
